บท 107: Chapter 107: How Life and Death Met (Part 4)

Lillie coughed, blood running out her throat. The drug was affecting her once again. As soon as she stumbled at one of the rooms, her legs gave out in exhaustion. Her eyes turned back to their original, blue color. Lillie did not even realize the change, not until Liu Sheng mentioned it.

Speaking of that bastard, Liu Sheng was a fool to pick a five story building. This building was an abandoned hospital—Lillie discovered it was one when she was roaming in search for that ungrateful Yu Mei.

She estimated that it'll be about twenty minutes before they find her and at the same time, the back-ups he called for would arrive.

Twenty minutes of rest is what she hoped for. Unfortunately, the large gash on her back wouldn't stop oozing blood. She've left a few trails of her blood everywhere and ran around the building to confuse her captors.

Because of it, she was completely tired and weak from blood lost. Good thing she grabbed her clothes and used her shirt as a makeshift bandage.
