บท 846: Where To Go?

Walking back to the tree, the cultivator waved her hand, using the wind to gather twigs and tree branches into a pile. She then snapped her finger, sending out a spark of lightning at it. A small flame came to life before growing into a lively fire.

She ran her sword through the fish's skin, taking off the scales before skewering them. Placing them around the fire, she sat in front of it and beckoned for the girl to join her. 

"Come on."

The Beast Tamer slowly walked up and sat down, looking a bit confused. She watched Ming Yue stare at the flames, turning the fish around to let it cook evenly. 

"After this, are you ready to go back?" 

The woman glanced at her before going back to the fish. She waited patiently for an answer that the girl was conflicted over. 

"There's no wrong answer here, just tell me if you want to go back there or not", she added. 

"I... I... I want to go back."
