A roar so powerful it shook down the mountain rumoured to be the most powerful one in the Elvin district could be heard. Many soldiers lie dead or bleeding on the grassy ground, their protective armour shattered into useless pieces beside them, while many more charged toward the giant fox-like creature, there faces fierce and full of immense hatred and hopelessness. These men were once the proud army of Queen Garcia Bart-lion, not only were they the strongest army to exist under a Minor Queen*, they were also the largest out of the whole Academy Capital yet here they were, a pathetic excuse left out of over 900,000 of them
This mission was supposed to be their, chance to prove to the Major Kingdoms that they were worthy to be looked at as a threat, it was supposed to be their chance to make a name for themselves outside of the Academy but their overconfidence became a weakness. Ten months ago, an SSS ranked quest came in from the Major City's, which had never happened in over 600 years
The Academy is the only school where all races co-existed and the only thing keeping the peace between the 12 races intact. Located in the middle of the sea that separated the New World and The Old, this place was where every family sent their children to make a name of themselves so that they could be able to go the New World to earn honour, power, and riches, bringing your family name along with you. Your standing in the Academy decides whether or not you will be able to become a ruler of your own kingdom and become a powerful name to the world as the legendary Blood Dragoon King
The mission was sent by one of the most powerful Kingdoms in the New World as a recruitment notice, not only would the army that completed the mission be able to join the kingdom but they would not have to start at the bottom and suffer the hardship of finding a faction, instead they would be able to make their own faction under the KIngdoms name, being one of the youngest faction leaders to grace the New World. This and the temptation of being able to leave the Academy earlier than the rest of their peers and being the object of envy in the whole Academy drove them to think that with their numbers they could overpower this 6 tailed demon fox due to the fact that it was the weakest out of the tailed foxes
But now, as they watched their friends, the people who grew up with them, the people who they considered as a family be slaughtered mercilessly one by one, they regretted their overconfidence and wished that time could be turned back. There was one particular individual who's tears streamed like heavy rain down her pale cheeks, this woman aged 18 was the esteemed Queen of the Academy, said to have all the Major Kingdoms fighting over her. She was the rare talent that emerged once in a thousand years and she was predicted to be the next Blood Dragoon King.
Queen Garcia's features truly fit her name as she was filled with grace and had the aura of a true Queen and the face to capture her citizen's hearts, at this moment in time her thoughts passed as memories from the past flashed in her mind, the time she first established this army, their first tournament win, the way people looked at her with awe and jealousy wishing that they had her life, all this flashed into her mind and then she returned to reality. In her arms she held the cold body of a young boy with the same dark smooth skin she had covered in beautiful crimson, the boy's eyes had tears running out the corner yet his pupils remained empty and devoid of life. This boy who looked no older than 11 years was the crying girl's little brother, memories of his cocky smile as he assured her that they would succeed played themselves in her head as if mocking her
All around her were screams of torture, cry's of pain. Her army was dying one by one under the razor-sharp claws of the Six tailed fox and there was nothing she could do about it, nothing she could do to save them except watch them die as they stared at her with eyes full of contempt and hatred because if it wasn't for her then they would all be alive, if it wasn't for her greed then her brother wouldn't be dead in her arm but living his life with his friends and safe in the Academy
At the same time underneath the raging war, deep into the core of the earth were eyes sharp enough to rival the Six-Tailed Demons claws, these eyes belonged to a small child who looked to be around 7 years old. These child's eyes were light blue in colour, a blue brighter than any clear sky's in this world, so blue that could only be described as Inhuman. Right in the middle laid the little girl, the girl wore a Victorian style dress that looked like it was made specifically for her, her blood red hair flowed around her body like a red halo adding to her mystic beauty.
