Nobody could imagine that horrifying scene on the flat and humid island in the sea, where a snake monster baby with a human head would be lying there every two steps taken. Their faces were covered by scales, and it seemed as if their mouths spent a Herculean effort to open them as wide as possible so that the sounds of wailing could be heard.

That was the Naga, or more accurately, they were the infants of the Naga race.

Note: The only function these pitiful Naga infants have here is to use their cries that are filled with Spirits to add gloominess to Crying Bay. The Naga infants, which are in a weak state, have almost no ability to resist, but the scales on them can turn into the highest grade leather.
