Seventh-level Spell Caster!

Merlin had finally reached the Seventh-level. This was very important to a Spell Caster because only after reaching the Seventh-level could someone be considered a high-level Spell Caster.

It was from the Seventh-level onward that Spell Casters begin to slowly understand the essence of Elements, and embark on the path of becoming a Great Legend.
