Numerous emotions overcame Clara as tears welled up in her purple eyes.

In a sense, she was more closer to her father than her mother due to her duties as the Empress of the Loret Empire back then. Although Logan wasn't necessarily there to teach her the ways, because she had been the Empress for a brief period of time, she was able to understand what her father went through and why he lacked time to look after his close ones.
