People walked to and fro on a particular street.

Two men sat outside a rather run-down bar on that street that sells spirit alcohol beverages.

"Have you heard? It seems that the late Emperor Ethren had been ruthlessly scorched to death by one of his own sons..." One of the two spoke, he looked scrawny and malnourished with many scars on his face.

"Hmph!" The other man snorted. He looked a little bit handsome and possessed a righteous expression on his face.

"That does not even compare to the ruthless move by the Alstreim Family to completely wipe out the Zeth Empire's Imperial Family! There are more than a million people in that Imperial Family! Imagine the massacre that would have taken place..." He raised his voice.

"Shhh... Keep quiet! If someone heard that possesses malicious intent, we would get into deep trouble..." The scrawny man urged.
