บท 383: New Plans and Rewards

Sima You Yue followed Yun Feng to the main room in the building. As they entered, Guo Si Wu and Guo Pei Pei were unexpectedly there, along with several others whom she did not recognise. Yun Jin Wei sat at the Head seat, and the Guo and Yun family members moved to sit on either side of the Head seat. When it came to her, she was surprised to be lead to the seat right next to the Head seat, and everyone who was seating stood up to receive her as she made her way to the seat. Sima You Yue pursed her lips, boy was it uncomfortable receiving this much attention. But when she thought about her position as the Young Valley Master, she realised that this was not unwarranted. Is this what they meant by riding on the coattails of others?

As she sat on the seat, she said, "Please sit, everyone. You are all my elders, please do not stand on formality."

"Thank You, Young Valley Master." The crowd thanked her and proceeded to sit.
