บท 145: Anger
After watching them all go back, he turns back to me and asks "What else can you do?" I frown at his words. Why does it sound like he's asking about my next trick? Like I'm some kind of performer!? I struggle really hard to calm my irritation before saying "I'm not a circus act. I don't do this for entertainment."
I walk over and grab a small glass cup before turning back to him and saying "I need a little of your blood." His eyes darken immediately and the room grows cold. My hand on the glass tightens as I try to think of what I could have said that set him off. I stand my ground and lightly lift the glass as I say "It's the only way I can study you. I need to understand what's happening in order to stop it."
His dark eyes watch me closely before he's right before me! His large hand effortlessly wraps around my throat as he backs me into the wall. He holds me against the wall but he doesn't squeeze. I subconsciously swallow as I stare up into his cold, dark eyes.
His eyes narrow on me as he leans down and says "The last time a woman asked me for blood, she tried to poison me. Do you really think I'd fall for that again? Who sent you? Who's behind you?" His hand tightens but it still doesn't stop me from breathing.
My anger explodes as I glare up into his eyes and bite out "Who sent me!? Weren't you the one who followed me? Aren't you the one who demands me to perform for him like some kind of monkey!?" I slap his hand away and poke him in the chest as I say "I don't want to be bothered by you! I came to this world by accident and now I'm stuck! I'm trying to mind my own business and find my way back but your psycho ass stalked me here and now you're accusing me of working with someone to poison you!?!"
I use my magic to summon a nasty ball of energy and shove it in his face as I grind out "If I wanted to kill you, I wouldn't waste my time in poisoning your dumb ass. Get out of my house, get off my land, and get out of my face!"
The entire house comes to live, working to my will and surprising the man in black. He quickly disappears and leaves me huffing and puffing in anger. Arrogant prick! I quickly dissipate the ball of magic before lifting my hand up to my neck and gritting my teeth in anger. How dare he threaten me and accuse me!

JINHAI
Jinhai appears back outside of the house with a surprised look. She was powerful, extremely powerful and the house was actually alive. It was almost like it was a part of her. It felt her anger, her will and acted upon it freely.
He looks around and sees all the trees, bushes, and nature surrounding him. He feels himself smile but it's weary. He seems to have made a mistake. A very grave mistake. He turns back to the house with regret.
After staring at the house for a long time, he calls out "Xin"
Xin quickly appears and says "Yes, Master." Jinhai stays quiet for a moment before asking "How does a man apologize to a woman?" Xin nearly falls over but he quickly catches himself and glances at the house before clearing his throat and saying "It... It depends on the woman and how angry she is... I think."
Jinhai frowns with displeasure before turning around and saying "That doesn't help me at all. What should I do to alleviate her anger?" Xin suddenly feels like he can't breathe. How should he know!? He doesn't date!!
He quickly tries to think of something before saying "Give her what she wants?" Xin can feel the beads of sweat trickling down his back as his Master makes a thoughtful expression.
Jinhai then turns back to the house and mumbles "I can only give her one thing she wants..."

The house was quick to settle back down. I slam the glass onto the table and walk over to the kitchen. I pull out a cold water and down the whole thing with anger. Stupid pretty boy... Stupid pretty psycho boy!
When I see Mango trying to sneak back in, I quickly yell out "Where do you think you're going!?" Mango stiffens and turns to me with a strained smile. He lifts a tiny paw and waves before saying "Didn't you see? That man had a whole army with him and I was fighting them all off."
I scoff at him but I can feel myself trying to smile. Did he think I was that stupid!? I put the empty water down and say "Ooooh, an entire army huh? Man, you really are one BIG BRAVE HERO." Mango winces at the three last words and nervously chuckles before throwing himself at my feet.
"Willow!! I'm sorry! I'm really sorry but that man terrifies me! He makes my insides even shake with fear!" He suddenly stands up and starts pulling out his own fur as he dramatically says "Look! I'm so scared, my hair is literally falling out! Do you see this!?"
I sigh and give him a look before saying "Stop pulling your hair out, you'll end up bald. And you're getting fur on everything! Clean it up." I huff out in annoyance before walking back into my room. That jerk really did put me in a bad mood but what really has me in a bad mood was the rain dance.
It didn't work! Not a single cloud in the sky. I think back to everything I did but I can't think of anything I may have done wrong. I followed it step by step... Maybe it's just this world? I sigh again but when I turn around, something catches my eye.
There was blood in the glass cup...
