Having a conversation while on our way to the castle in the carriage.
"King Dawson, I remember you doing an agreement of concealment, however, it is public knowledge that you don't have void magic affinity. How?" (Ariko)
"Oh, that's simple, it's heritable void magic." (Ernest)
"What's that?" (Dawson)
"Heritable void magic, also known as heritable magic, is a rare magic that is passed down from one person to another under specific conditions. Only those God rank in void can use them without inheriting them. Most of them are passed from parent to firstborn child upon birth. Yet, there are many out there that also have special conditions to be passed to another. Heritable magic is void, but does not need an affinity to have nor to use, as long as you have inherited it." (Butler)
"So what's the requirement to inherit the Agreement of Concealment? Also, does the original holder of a heritable magic keep it or not?" (Carmen)
"For the Agreement of Concealment, to inherit it is to be reigning king/queen of No Shew Add, and only the reigning ruler can have it." (Ernest)
"However, such is not true of all heritable magic, some is kept by all that have inherited it... some is taken from the one who is passing it on and given to the one who'd inherit it." (butler)
"Ok, that makes sense." (Dawson)
"This isn't a national secret, is it?" (Ariko)
"No, It's just something that the upper echelons tend to keep to themselves." (Ernest)
"Fair enough." (Ariko)
Right after Ariko says that I feel a tug, like someone is trying to pull me somewhere. I then see my surroundings start to blur and morph into something else, the only thing that stays constant is the butler, who is only darkening in such a way that I expect him to just blend into the background of wherever we may end up.
