บท 54: Payback Time (2)

Eli commanded one of his assistants to follow the tracks outside the window and check if there are other survivors they should eliminate. He was about to turn around and leave when he heard a muffled sound near the huge bookshelf on his right.

"Pathetic idiot" Eli muttered to himself fighting the urge to roll his eyes at the man's stupidity. And yet he calls himself a mafia lord? What a joke.

Making his way to the bookshelf, he noticed a suspicious book that was moved in an awkward position. Unlike the other hardbound books that are neatly organized in alphabetical order. This one was laying flat on the corner and it seems it was recently moved as the pages were turned and folded.
