Time passed quickly as they chatted with the funny taxi driver.

The car stopped at the gate of the dorm building and Han Yueyao got out of the car; Su Yu didn't get out and had the taxi driver drive him back to his house.

Then An came back in a little while and his expression looked weird…

"What's wrong with the car? What did the people in the dealer's shop say?"

Sitting on the sofa, Su Yu browsed financial news on his cellphone and asked, "The car… was tampered with."

Hearing these words, Su Yu looked up slowly.

When he saw the serious expression on An's face, he knew this was a big issue.

"It was tampered with?"

Su Yu had never had this happened to him before; not even once.

An nodded. "Yeah. The brakes don't work."

"You didn't drive it, so how did you know?" Su Yu was puzzled.
