Thank goodness Huo Mian reacted fast; her hand grasped the rooftop railings as tightly as she could.

"What are you all standing there for, go save them!" Chen Jie was on the verge of tears as she screamed at the policemen.

Only then did the police and firemen come back to their senses and run up to them, pulling them up with all their might.

Huo Mian sighed in relief as her feet landed on the rooftop…

"You acted too rashly… you shouldn't have approached her like that; do you know how dangerous that was?" The leading policeman shouted at Huo Mian.

"You don't know her. She suffers from mania and I couldn't keep playing ball with her, or else she might have become more agitated, causing the situation to become much worse," Huo Mian replied calmly before Chen Jie helped her up. "Sedate her and let her rest. I'll come back to see her later."
