He just said that he had transferred his salary for this month onto her card? This information had come too suddenly for her to absorb fully.

"Waiter, bill please," Qin Chu said.

"Yes sir, your total comes up to 1080 yuan."

"She'll pay," Qin Chu said lazily, pointing at Huo Mian.

Huo Mian pulled out the only ICBC debit card from her purse. If she remembered correctly, there was less than 800 yuan left on that card. She didn't know how much Qin Chu had transferred her. He wasn't toying with her, was he?
