"Don't tell me I have to wait for them to wake up now..."
The corners of Azura Dragon God's mouth twitched as he stared at the two participants sleeping peacefully together.
"Forget it, it is beneath my mighty self to disturb someone in their sleep.....especially the woman who was working day and night for the past few months....."
Azura Dragon God muttered in a small voice as he looked at the dark spots underneath Chu Yuechan's eyes.
With a click of his hand the forest started breaking as they returned back to the cave.
Having nothing else to do, the Azura Dragon God started wondering what sort of relationship these two had with each other.

Their hair colour was similar plus he could sense that they also carried the same bloodline, the one belonging to the phoenix.
But there was a major difference between the two.
That was that Chu Yuechan seemed more like an inheritor who has recently inherited the Phoenix bloodline from the trial but William on the other hand....
'I would have definitely believed that you were the Phoenix's illegitimate child or something if it was the primordial era....'
Unfortunately the Phoenix has been dead for many years now and having a four year old child wasn't really possible unless some special circumstances like freezing William in time were used.

Then she felt a small body in her arms, turning her gaze a pair of beautiful red eyes stared back at her.
"Yo."
William greeted her casually.
He waited for a while but then started feeling embarrassed due to receiving no reply from the other side.
He also didn't know what to say as he saw Chu Yuechan keep staring at him without blinking her eyes.
"Can you let go of me now?"
Finally Chu Yuechan moved her head and looked at her hands wrapped around William's small self.
Then she seriously looked back at him and replied.
"No."

"Okay I have waited enough time so get up."
Azura Dragon God's voice resounded throughout the cave as the familiar pair of Azura eyes appeared before them.
Then he used his powers to make them stand up.
It's just that.
"You know you need to let go of me right?"
William said as he looked up only to see a pair of giant mounds blocking him from seeing Chu Yuechan's face.
Of course she completely ignored what he said and kept holding him across her chest.
"Congratulations to the two of you for being the first two people to pass the Azura Dragon God's trial. As per the agreement I will now reward the two of you with three drops of my divine blood."
He waved his hand as six drops of blood with Azura colour appeared above his hand.
The drops of blood seems to hold some sort of primordial majesty which made anyone who looked at them want to bow down and worship it.
Anyone but William.
"So that's it?", William said as he casually picked the dirt out of his ear and blew on it.
There was suddenly pin drop silence in the cave.
"What do you mean by that, there is a limit to how much I can tolerate you little one."
Azura Dragon God's voice resounded once again but this time it held a tinge of coldness within it.
If it was before the trial then maybe William would have felt intimitated by him.
But now.....
William casually looked at his divine points.

And due to that the Azura Dragon God's blood kind of lost it's significance to him.
"What I meant was that the phoenix spirit gave me four drops of it's blood while you are only giving me three drops of your blood also your trial was atleast ten times harder than the phoenix's one so you should atleast give us like 40 drops of your divine blood."
Hearing what he said, the Azura Dragon God's spirit fell silent but then it replied in an arrogant voice.
"Ignorant little one, how can you even compare that useless bird to my divine self, it is simply an insult!.
I was the king of all beasts in the primordial times while the phoenix was just one of the many I ruled above, she was one of the many woman who wanted to get in bed with me and suck upto me....."
"OH so you were the king of all beasts?!"
William replied with a shocked look on his face.
Azura Dragon God felt satisfied seeing his reaction.
"Indeed now you understand how great I am----"
"100 drops of divine blood it is then."

"Since you were the king of all beasts you should atleast be able to fork out this much right?"

"I'll give you ten drops each just because I do not want you to think that the useless phoenix is above me."
Azura Dragon God's spirit replied in a cold voice as he quickly send the twenty drops of Azura blood towards them.
"And I will not be responsible if the two of you were to suddenly explode into smithereens."
With a click of his hand William and Chu Yuechan were transported outside the cave.
"What a cheapstake....", William muttered as he felt sensed the ten drops of Azura blood in his body.
Interestingly it seemed like the ten drops of blood were resonating with each other and forming an Azura seed.

Quickly looking up he saw Chu Yuechan's extremely paled expression, there was blood dripping from the corners of her mouth.
William frowned as he examined her body.
His brows knitted together when William saw that her condition was caused by too much Azura Dragon God's blood in her body.
She only posses a normal human body and was unable to carry so much divine blood.
It was breaking her apart at a fast pace.
'Can you do something about her condition?'

"I will be going through some major changes now so you will be in charge of protecting me."
Seeing the serious expression onnhis face Chu Yuechan held herself back and nodded.
After informing her William said in his mind.
'Integrate Azura Dragon God's blood in my body just like you did with the Phoenix's blood.'

Chu Yuechan was shocked by the scene and quickly rushed upto him and started examining him.
Unfortunately she was unable to sense anything inside the Azura cocoon.
Still remembering William's words she carefully enveloped the cocoon in profound energy and started flying away to a safer place.
