The birthday cake that was rolled in shone with candles, and the guests were awed by it.

The video started with big letters,

"Happy Birthday," and again, Paige's name as the one who had put the video together.

Paige ate the cake from the buffet that Meier gave her while looking at the cake that was brought in. She was sure that she wouldn't get such delicacies while locked up in the bunker, so she wanted to get them all today.
