Yes but it also stated that this particular sword had seals on it. Seals weren't mentioned for the 3 relics described before, which would also imply that this relic might've been reaching out cause it's some evil relic. Then again, Wilhelm is part devil so it might not matter.
Oh, I noticed a rather dangerous sword not far away in a box with a bunch of seals on it. Funny, I could see it trying to reach out to me, but my magic resistance was blocking it.
