these powers aren't the will of TOAA, it is given to him by Lucifer himself. when the wheel gave him devil physiology, Both TOAA and Presence brought him to their Space, where they explained he is going to be the devil. Lucifer comes, before blessing the MC with all of his power. he is equal to Lucifer, in everything except Combat experience. so even if he fights TOAA, he won't get his powers ripped out of him.
