They brought tables and chairs. Utensils, plates, bowls and cooking equipment. Seats and what was known as a sofa, something very new but comfortable in this world. Though it wasn't a noble furniture so it was marketed to commoners. They didn't need to do any structural work with the interior walls already veneered. The floorboards were already waxed and clean. They spent the rest of their money on decorating the house. But in Albion's eyes, they still lacked some areas. A shower for instance. He couldn't believe how much water mana stones cost. Especially to etch the the right magic circles which Albion didn't know. So he was going to need to do some work. But both Albion and Eve were fine bathing in the river together. The river was crystal clean. Though if they kept on doing that in it… it wouldn't remain so clean.

He uses mana in a certain way he unlocked it as a skill. He did so when saving Eve and even Eve mentions it in the adventurers guild that Albion is still weakened from the poison and is not used to the skill. It's how he dragged back all the goblin corpses. If I was to be really specific, I think he used it against one of the Goblin Varients. The armoured one.
