what other cities besides Gotham and Central City could he go to. Well, I guess Star City. but like. no
Metropolis is the city protected by Superman, and his villains are no joke. Haruka believes he can't take down Superman villains yet, and he does not want to meet the Man of Steel yet. The thought of facing off against the likes of Lex Luthor or Doomsday makes him uneasy. As much as he's intrigued by the idea of exploring Metropolis with Kara, the risk seems too great.
