yeah sometime it is necessary to make punishments to make people to stuff but that is not at all applicable to this scenario over here, he is given a mission to help his potential biggest enemy without any reason and on the top of that there is a VERY severe punishment in place if he does not do so, this is ON TOP of what the system /author has promised that there won't be penalty missions
