All Gold Grade Zinger variants too could obtain it (since their Primary Nature is derived from the functions of Biome Bombs) But yeah, as none of the Quip Clansmen have it atm, he can't make them. The only option is to have the Royal Zinger Tangible Nature, which can only be Inala. So, it won't appear now, since Inala is already at the 10-Life Stage. Tldr: Root is being a child. He doesnt understand everything yet.
