why are u making his growth stagnant? i mean i get the reasons u said but they dont make sense when u factor in the story u are actually writing. u have written that people think he got stronger because of his teacheŕ even though school just started so u cant act like its weird for him to get stronger when u also writing that the people who live in that world arent alarmed but also expecting it
so if there was a penalty it would be a reason to ignore it? what u said doesnt make sense. if anything the lack of consequences would mean that it would encourage him to take more risks completeing it as there are no penalties for failure

i got notified yesterday and there wasnt a new chapter then got notified today and there wasnt a new chapter. that means u only releasing privlige chapters. if u going to knowingly release only privliged chapters release them all at once where we dont get multiple notifications for something that doesnt metter to us
