Hmm, it wouldn't be possible to do that because Brook Is currently weaker than Mihawk.Firstly, Mihawk probably has Advanced haki in armament, observation, and conquerors.And, if we consider that he doesn't have that, there must be another reason for the world's strongest swordsman.Secondly, Brook only has somewhat of an advanced observation, his armament, and conqueror aren't strong enough yet.Fighting Mihawk wouldn't even be considered if not for Brooks's ability to connect his body if it's cut.I think, I forgot to mention the exact strength of Brook, so I will address it in future chapters.So, Thanks for asking.

Well, that's probably more like reconnecting his disconnected bones, rather than proper healing. But I don't really know.
He couldn't get armament haki because well there was nothing to hit. And even if he hits something the chances of his bones damaging are quite high, and he didn't have a healing factor with him.

Roger was executed 24 years before the cannon started.Whereas, Brook revived 50 years before Cannon.So if the pirate king was executed five years prior as mentioned in the previous chapter. Currently, it should be 31 years after Brook revived Hence, 19 years before cannon.Hope it's convincing.Thanks for pointing it out though, there was a minor mistake about the time in the previous chapter.
It could be deduced that there were around 19 years before the start of the cannon events.
