i think you might be a little mistaken about witch is storgner among the celestials and fiddle sticks, Fiddlesticks is literly fear incarnat you might be able to destory its body but unless you get rid of all fear in the whole univers he will still exist

I wonder you said that he might become the 'Ruler of the entire Arcane verse', will this inlcule stuff that is not in arcane? (i havent yet watchend season 2 so not sure what has been shown in it) but like there are beings that woulod be really hard(or imposible) for him to get rid of, like theres literly no way for him to kill fiddlesticks
