Yeah, the only choice for romance is the oc character Cliodna and fleur. Frankly, i don't want to put Romance now and in the near future before Voldemort is finished as the war years will be very important both for plot and MC, Mc won't have time to fall in love as he will have many things to worry for, so romance will be relatively late.
As i said, he wont have have any relationship with his students.
There is going to be a chapter about his view and mine on romance and stuff in coming chapters. It won't be hermione or any of his students, so we have the OC cliodna and fleur as i dont want remus to be alone so we only have these two and older one amelia bones but she won't be suitable i guess. And another is rita skeeter probably at same age of amelia, both of these aren't that suitable so we will see.

I think Harry isn't particularly focused on studies or spell mastery, especially before he becomes Hogwarts' champion, unlike Hermione in earlier books. Additionally, the Ministry of Magic's rules on underage magic outside school, due to the Trace, would have prevented him from using such a charm even if he knew it. And there also may be many more other reasons.
