the skill three was an example because he mention that when his spiritual energy become bigger he could do more, thats is why i put the skill three like and example of skills blocked untill he fulfill the power requirement, but now that you mention the other two, i kinda could agree with slowing down time because that don't imply he is moving faster, just perceiving things faster... but there apply too the thing about the body, he isn't still strong enought to use his body like part of his power, just his soul, and percieving thing slower technically affect phisically the brain. But well, in this kind of power the problem is the author don't specify the reach of his powers, so all i can do is hypothesize untill i read more. PD: stopping time have the same problem about the body, imagine he can't move his body when he stop time, it would be a fanfic very short when the MC activated the power of stoping time and because his body isn't out of reach of that power he just stop time and can't undo it. the end XD

For Yuta all the people at the orphanage are just an annoyance that he must endure and there is no other way around that. Well, truth is that Yuta doesn't remember their names and doesn't know them even at this point despite them being the only 3 of the children that enrolled at the academy with him this year from his orphanage. Yuta couldn't care any less about those 3.

is different, time travel imply traveling with his body too, this time travel is with his soul for the moment, wich should be less taxing in his powers, and isn't like he needs yo lear how to do it, it comes naturally with his spiritual power growth, think it like an ability three from some game, what i don't know is if he can travel to the future, that i think it would be more taxing

Entering the academy is not going to happen any time soon. I still have a year or two to wait for that. So maybe I should train my body a little bit by running, I don't want to push myself too hard knowing that all the efforts will probably be wasted if I will do time travel. Also training the body at such a young age too much will likely be harmful.

is not like it wouldn't let him talk, is more like if he talk he die, that was what it was stablished before, how i would like the author was consistent with what he stablished before, and that the system don't be so convenient, such as binding Kurama basically for eternity, instead of as long as Naruto lives.
The same way he didn't trust Chomei. Though Chomei was allowed to study, it wasn't allowed to go out of the house. But Naruto would interact and the contract was best way to bind their tongue and wouldn't let them talk.

i thought they graduated at 12 and was a 6 years program... but now that i think about it, kakashi graduated at 5 or 6 right? then yeah, is okey if he enter at 4 in a 8 years program... s#it, they start studying so young

i was going to say that's bs about automail eye, but it may be or not be cannon because a guy in episode 11 have something it could be an automail or a monocle.
