Maybe it only works on quirks that can be used for combat? Most aren't very useful, and some are even a detriment compared yo not having one, so it'd kinda suck if he git all of them that he killed. Could also be that the system can only make skills related to combat. I can't really think of any skills in Solo Levelling that aren't related in some way to fighting.
Sir Nighteye's Quirk is called Foresight, he is capable of watching the target's future lifetime from a "third-person perspective" that showcases the target themselves and their immediate surroundings, in a manner similar to a flashback when he touches and looks at them in the eye.

You clearly skimmed the chapter where he experimented with the power stone. It is the power stone, not the superpower stone, not the magic stone, not the energy stone. Power. Besides, it literally just said last chapter that one of the energies drawn in was Chi, which the the same thing.
I couldn't see mine which was weird since I should be on this power scale since I know that I was at the very least multi-planetary, at the very least, and that was when I was still playing around with the Space Stone since I never had a chance to go all out with it or even exercise it a bit. Fusing with the Power Stone ought to have increased that by a mile if I'm correct since there was no concrete way to calculate how strong one would be after a power trip.

Maybe not MCU specifically, but definitely Marvel. In MCU, as far as I know, the strongest thing we've ever seen was Dormamu, who is probably a non-issue unless they somehow stop Steven from becoming Doctor Strange. I don't count Thanos, since he isn't THAT strong without the stones. Tbf though, I'm not the biggest fan of the MCU, so I'm probably missing a bunch.
