the most interesting part of this scenario is that the hokage faction cant tie jun and his sharingan to the unchiha clan anymore cause on surface level it would seem like his sharingan activated because of the uchiha's attack.
He had activated his Sharingan in front of witnesses. It may seem insignificant, but considering the fact that he had managed to hide it for seven years, he was a bit frustrated. In the past, he feared that the Uchiha clan would try to use the Dojutsu as a pretext to draw his family back into the clan. But now, he knew it was impossible. No one in the clan would have the nerve to suggest that.

If not the top clans then the middle tier famous clans that are destined for survival would have been good enough. Like the Nara clan, Yamanaka or may be even Akimichi.
