That's good actually, it doesn't numb just it. The only way to not feel that level of guilt again is by working through it. That's best done through therapy and introspection, it's not a complete cure, but thanks to that I am feeling way better. The guilt is on a reasonable level. Have hope, and know you are not a bad person.
