Considering Midoriya's life I believe it is more of a Stockholm Syndrome. As Midoriya never really had any friends who even talked to him or those that he even tried to talk to, the closest thing to these being Bakugo, I think he just got used to his bullying considering it a part of his life and his being. Once you get to that point you tend to consider anyone a friend or someone close, even if the relationship between them is toxic as hell, happens to a lot of people they no longer see the negative and just cling to the person, considering them a crucial part of their life. Closest example I have of this scenario is of Quagmire's sister with her boyfriend, from Family Guy.
