20% of the OFA was enough to lift 5 ton+ steel beams (the ones used for construction ) u can see it against Mr Gentle fight. so 15% isn't that far from 20% so my guess would be "No", even at best he would take something along a week or 2 to use 5% since Izuku's body is built to take what he normally can handle. The quirk would have to make changes to his body like the way it was in cannon

It wasn't broken strong, it was close to a minor super human strength. none of the previous users got the chance to stockpile the power for OFA since they were always on the run from AFO. And All might when he received OFA he was built and trained already and the quirk was really weak (it is stated by Gran Torino) and when he stockpiled the power by training, he got it to a ridiculously high power levels. now, treat the quirk like a kidney, a man with strong body can survive a kidney transplant and also bounce back to health faster than an old man who has frail body -> The same is happening to Izuku. he can hold the OFA but the quirk and body has to adjust to eachother and that takes time. he can't magically unlock higher % of OFA as the body isn't built for such higher powers

Quirks are like muscles, it was stated time and time again. When Yagi got OFA he was recently built for it and the quirk was nowhere strong enough to put out an air pressure. Yagi stockpiled the power through sheer training and hardwork. now when it comes to deku, he can receive the quirk right off the bat, but he won't be able to use even 5% or even less in a day. it will take time. the body has to adjust, else deku would have broken through higher % OFA gaps, it's not like he never trained to go higher. the body has limitations because it is progressing with the quirk. it's like deku got a new limb, and his body making changes to it.

Bakugo used 100% of OFA, and he had his bones broken, he was only able to use OFA because his body could handle it as he had a lot of training, but I don't think he can even use 5% right out the start, quirks are like a muscle. you can't just use a transplanted hand the day u got it, you have to go through several procedures

i meant the backlashes, when all might got OFA it wasn't as strong as it is now. All might got it to a ridiculously high level. But, the current Izuku can't reach the level of what All Might did with just pure training (the way all might did it) it's more of like the quirk reforming his body and his body adjusting to the outputs of OFA and that's how Deku was able to output higher % of OFA

I believe "OFA" doesn't behave that way. it's more of like a transplanted kidney or liver. your body will accept it over time. of course u need a strong body to hold things together but i don't think Izuku can use any% of OFA without drawbacks right of the bat. Though a strong and healthy body can increase the time taken for the body to adjust to the changes brought by OFA and it still would go the way the canon went. Meaning-> taking a year to get to 50% or maybe a Lil more.
