Ah at long last. Also, could we get like a info chart of the different realms and the amount of soul power that someone should have for that realm? Like for person to be a teir 5 for example is called an Elite realm and they usually have this much soul power and a life span of however long? That would be a huge help at least to me.

And can he really tap into the gems power at all right now? Or are they basically just passive buffs of power right now?

Imo my theory the bottleneck is happening because Lith has yet to acknowledge what Mogar needs. A "cleanser", and a "drestoyer", not blind hatred or a combination of feelings. The moment that he mentions the need to cleanse Meln as a surgeon would to a cancer, there was a immediate response, as if that's the answer.
