Girl has to be Helen. Quinn realized he had really strong feelings for her a little too late and Layla seen her as the perfect rival. Boy is hard, Arthur makes so much sense but could cause suspicion with the originals. Nate and Leo are perfect but maybe even a surprise name being Quinn’s dad which I don’t know if his parent’s names were ever mentioned
