I think you should speed up the timeline of Haley and Klaus, since MC's continued existence in this timeline is already changing a events. And if Klaus figures out that its not a past partner but a future partner that made Henrik, then it becomes possible for MC's conception to not occur.
However, the chat about the subject has yet to begin. Even if it does in the next chapter, they would still remain oblivious to how this is possible, who his mother is, and when he was born. Katherine and Rebekah will likely uncover these answers at some point. Perhaps Katherine will be the first to know, given what she will be asked to do.

I say have Katherine develop an information network for MC, gives her something to do away from the main plot; and she can keep coming back when necessary, and for the hybrids, have them start their lives again like college or high school. And if you move them away, MC can travel away from the plot once in awhile, and get other random hookups.
Guys, I'm hitting a wall with my writing. There are some aspects I'm struggling with, like giving Alicia and Megan their own lives—Megan starting college or Alicia in her final year of high school—and then there's Katherine. What the hell did Katherine even do in the whole show besides running around and seeming to be involved in events? I'm not a fan of how they're always tagging along with the MC, but I don't know how to give them their own lives! I don't want the MC bed to be filled with five or more girls all the time!
