i saw such a use of infinity in the one piece verse in another fanfic
chose gojo satoru but make it so that paramecia devil fruits and advanced use of haki can affect sukuna through infinity though not fully just make sure that infinity has something like different stages of defense like at lvl 3 of infinity it could withstand vice admiral/shichibukai level attack damage and at lvl 4 alternate admiral and at lvl 5 admiral/yonko and make it so that at each lvl it could mitigate the dmg of the level above the current level by atleast something like 10 to 30%.
try to fuse other worlds in your fanfic like jjk or something else and make it so that he fuses chakra and cursed energy into a new energy for more power without relying on the system to much. As for more content, try make him unify all the yokai and then the supernatural factions as the first major goal he sets for himself. well thats some of my advice and thoughts hope it helps you
