The way you say it makes me think that you believe the dragon takes away Granolah's lifespan as a sacrifice or something. But that's not how it works. Granolah became that strong because the dragon compressed his lifespan. He didn't just give away lifespan as a sacrifice to the Dragon as a payment of some sort.

To be fair, he probably spent most of his life in stasis inside of the Space Pod. Travelling between planets in those could take months or even years. Also, most Saiyans do not train. I think I heard somewhere multiple times before that Vegeta doesn't train until the whole Namek thing. Which means everything up to leading that point was just his natural growth.

What the Cerealian Dragon did to Granolah was unlock his potential, then compress his lifespan for even more power. Shenron has been shown to be able to unleash potential better, seeing as how his potential unlock not only made him stronger, but also gave him Ultimate Piccolo and Orange Piccolo, the only thing left is to compress lifespan. But Shenron has been shown to do shit like bringing back billions of lives with a single wish and the ability to forcefully turn someone as strong as Goku and the others into children, so compressing lifespan doesn't seem to be out of his capabilities. There was also never any indication that Monaito is stronger than Dende. People are underestimating Shenron's ability like crazy just because he can't do a couple of things, even though most of the time it's mostly just because it's against the rules.

Just use Shenron bruh. He should be able to do whatever the Cerealian Dragon can.
