Spike Fierce is a well know fighter in the underground arenas of New York City. The G.S.F. is the battleground that most fighters dream of fighting in whether for the money, the glory, or an excuse to hurt people. What starts as a chance to win money becomes a deeply personal affair for Spike, when certain powers at be begin to hurt those around him.

TJ has long been working on his video game project titled, Last Hero. After a long night or programming an old disc he tests out ends up frying his computer. After a wicked power surge the fried computer comes back to life and drags TJ into the very world he had been trying to finish for years. He must now fight alongside and against the very characters he created as well as characters he had no hand in making. Can the young scrawny boy rise and become the hero of his own tale?

Emric is just a traveling painter trying to find his way in the world. Though the rising influence of a murderous rebel, Felgrand causes the Painter's past phantoms to haunt him.
