Actually I think it’s been 4 months since he did it. It gets mentioned either in this chapter or the last one that after he set everything up with baymax he went 4 months keeping himself busy before he though back to his comics.

Somehow I feel bad for green arrow.
I had chosen Star City for several reasons. First, there were few to no metahuman superheroes active there. Second, the crime rate was comparatively low. Third, and most importantly, Green Arrow wasn't as smart as Batman, as strong as Superman, or as fast as the Flash. This made it an ideal location to establish my second base of operations.
