No.. I don't think simply dying was payment enough for the things she did. As for not doing anything cruel in that world yet... she tried and was stopped. If not for a powerhouse like Artoria who could even stop her collateral being there she would've killed another 400k or even multiples of that number in a city.

He didn't have to go chasing down ambulances. He could've just healed the poor guy while he was there. Everything happened in the same spot. The injured guy would've been in a normal person's sight. Neverending his that can see halfway across a solar system. That was a garbage excuse, needlessly pointing out a tragedy he could've easily fixed in front of him. Yet saying he somehow wasn't and didn't notice paramedics pulling him out of his vehicle next to Allen until he was driven away and found out about it. Not bothering with it.

And now for a second time at least he decides to be absurd as though he's drunk again. There's no way he should be thinking like this sober. Especially when he just got through thinking how serious this actually is.

So is there a reason he doesn't just let it out that the girls have nothing to do with him summoning or otherwise making them appear? The video already exists about the dolls and with all the other bs he's already let out he might as well point out the absurdity of their existance. That they are linked to him but he's not the one making them appear.

It doesn't matter if his arm was destroyed at the quantum level. Only matters if something remained behind to resist regeneration. How his arm was lost means nothing to him regenerating it from the stump. Unless the attack hit his full body and damaged his ability to regenerate somehow. Nullifying it even for a time. There's no reason for his regeneration not to kick in.

Need to get away somehow equaled turn around and face him instead of instantly bolting out of range.

And now he's intentionally getting drunk yet again. Even if he's not going all out. Even when directly told, never mind asked he blows them off and screws himself up both willingly and while ignoring them. He didn't learn his lesson regardless of what he says.
