I look at him deeply, Peter Parker, the boy's a genius he has an IQ of 147 which compared to the likes of Tony Stark (170), Bruce Banner (200), Dr. Doom (210) and Reed Richards (270) seems lacking but IQ alone doesn't dictate a person be a genius no, originality and creativity a person uses in different fields determine their worth IQ is but a prerequisite.

The World Government feared Roger because of the things he knew not his strength. Roger was strong but he was still only around Garp who while powerful can still be killed. The person who has the most powerful attack is White Beard(Ps: No one in the show ever talks about how it's not a beard he has but a mustache). Kaido is strong but you can overpower him with the right sword skills but its hard to woned him because of his overwhelmingly strong body. It would probably be White Beard when he's young because at that point he is undefeatable, four are three reasons he died. One he relies old on, Two all the wounds he has acumletaed over the years not just from using his fruit but also from battle, Three he is betrayed by one of his sons before he starts to battle making him weaker, and finally he was fighting the most powerful marines by himself.

I don't think it a bad idea to give people wishes because most of these types do but I like that he didn't go for an overpowered system with a shop and quests and such because you know with that type id system the mc will become strong very fast just by doing what the system or person controlling the system wants but in this he gets power by his own work and taking it. **: good job on not making it take all the power
The writing is good but not the best. The stability of updates is unknown because it only just came out. Story development so far is ok because its just one piece
