It literally says PRIME MINISTER Kevin Rudd in the Chinese version. I'm already expecting the censorship of Kevin Rudd by the translator, but why do you have to change the office into PRESIDENT? It just makes people assume the author made a mistake, when it's quite obvious he's extremely familiar with Australia. (He even references the bankrupted Wonderland Sydney theme park that I used to go to as a kid later in the chapter.)
As a joke, while the Australia government was attempting to win a seat on the UN security council, the opposition party laughed at the president for spending too much time on international politics, thus neglecting the crisis surrounding climate change.
