If what the show demonstrate is true about waterbender, then the qi is in the nerve, and it's electricity. So waterbender could bend blood and almost all the organ, earth bender could manipulate the bones, Firebender the nerves and how you move ( making a better pupeeter than the blood witch, but would need a finer control, as its voltage order is around the micro), And airbender could control the air that we breath, and maybe the soul/spirit, as it's ethereal in nature ?but it's already showed inLok what airbender can do, so I'll be watching the next big villain that'll appear in the comics.
