I doubt he qualify for Grand Caster because he doesn't possess Clairvoyance, which is said to be one of the necessary skill for the class. Grand Berserker perhaps? No matter how you look at it, his entire story his driven by his insane desire of dying heroically. Grand Saber for one-shoting Ares in a "fair" fight. But you can argue on that one. Grand Pretender, because his entire journey wasn't made using his own personality due to no longer fearing death. Even he himself said so. Grand Avenger, hunting a god out of sheer pettiness and desire for revenge.
Though… there was one insignificant, barely noticeable flaw..

I would say Assassin is more because if his feats using the Helm of Hades. Also the book is more of an Avenger thing. Berserker because from any point of view, his obsession with dying is insanity. Ruler for obvious reasons. Alter Ego, look at the definition of this class. Saber because of his feat of beating Ares in one blow. And a big maybe with Pretender, again, look at the definition.
There, on the black chariot of the night, was Promise, guiding the night's descent as seamlessly as Helios heralded the day.

I mean, most servant above B grade have multiple classes available to them. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he got several classes at once or multiple cards showing his different classes. We have Archer, Rider, Caster, Assassin and potentially Berserker and Saber from the conventional classes and Ruler, Avenger, Pretender, and potentially Alter Ego and very maybe Beast(?) from the unconventional ones. That's all the classes his personal action and legends should give him.
"And it's not just anyone who can drive my chariot. I can say with confidence that Promise is the only one in this world, besides my own child, who is qualified to take my place and guide the sun."

Nah, it's the other number that is wrong. *1200000
For the Ninth and Tenth Star Nests, one Star Cave alone required 100,000 Star Dust, meaning two Star Nests needed 120,000 Star Dust.

I completely agree, unless it is more of a conceptual thing. Then he would still be able to keep his sense of touch, just unable to feel any pain.
"Then, let's sacrifice the sense of pain!"
