ch 19 Chapter 19.

Look, I could write a barrage of text here explaining everything that I've already covered in over 18 chapters, but I really don't have the patience for that. I'm only responding because it seems you've misunderstood some things, so I suggest you reread the story. Aemon doesn't know the plot of HOTD, as I clearly stated in the very first chapter. The only thing he knows is that The Dance of the Dragons is a thing that will happen, not when or how, just some trivia here and there he gathered. He does not possess full knowledge about the plot, I repeat: He does NOT possess full knowledge about the plot. I don't like being rude, but it's frustrating to repeatedly explain things I've already addressed in warnings or previous chapters. Please also read the warnings; I've already mentioned that I'll follow the canon up until The War of The Stepstones. If this doesn't suit your preferences, feel free to drop the story, just as I do when I'm not fond of something.

I did read it. Kinda disappointed with the whole "villain redemption" of Hikaru and the "this is our revenge" stuff. I'm not a fan of this take one bit. I much prefer my sc#m and evil Hikaru, who's a certified psychopath.
In her chambers, Alicent sank to the floor crying, her heart heavy with grief. She knew what she had to do, but the thought of it tore her apart. She prayed for strength, for guidance, for some way to make peace with the path she had to walk. But deep down, she knew there was no turning back. She had to do her duty, for her family and their future. Even if it meant breaking her own heart.
