I was just thinking, what if big mom put a piece of Mihawks soul in his sword yoru, can it be considered a zanpakto or does it need to be forged from soul fragments only. If so wouldn't big mom be able to eventually make zanpaktos after a bit of trial and error?
As for the fight between Ichigo and Byakuya, it was one of the best fights Mihawk had seen in Bleach so far, although he felt that Ichigo was very lucky or else he wouldn't win.
