...Authors note... Just rambling, feel free to skip... Started this novel testing a lot of things out. Only when I started nearing the end of the first book and went on to the next is when I think I found some footing on how this will be written. In short, while the first book had some questionable decisions (and there will most definitely be more to come), I think the process helped me gain a better understanding of how I want this story to go and how I can improve on my writing skills. (Maybe, maybe not story that I may update every now and then or not) Olympus has fallen. Kronos has won. Even after all the efforts of Camp-Half Blood and the gods, they had still lost. Now, one thousand years later, some of the gods had gone into hiding, monsters roamed in plain sight, and demigods were all, but near non-existent. The World of Remnant, a world filled with the wonders life, technology and people. But where there is light, there is darkness. Creatures of destruction roam the world, drawn to feelings of negativity, leaving nothing but death in their wake. However, there are those who fight against this opposing evil, armed with their advanced weapons and powers that no Grimm should ever have, these people fight against the Grimm, hunting them if you will. These are the Huntsmen and Huntresses. With them on the side of light, the darkness would never prevail. However, this story isn't about someone of the light. This story is about one seeking it. What if a Grimm learnt how to think? What if a Grimm, abandoned by it's brothers, gained something, something that allowed it to become more human? This story is about such a creature, no, boy, who became the impossible.
