Artoria, normally female, was a pseudo-male at the time due to Merlin's magic to consummate his marriage to Guinevere. During this time, Morgan enchanted Artoria with a spell to extract sperm from her. Morgan grew it within her own ovary and transformed the child into a homunculus-like clone of Artoria. Due to her status of being homunculus-like, she had a much longer growth period and faster than a normal human, and her life expectancy was much shorter. She was raised in secret and instructed to hide her status and obey the king until the time was right.
At most, she could only imagine sweet kisses, holding hands, and cuddling together. Anything beyond that was a mystery to her, as she had never experienced it herself.
