I think that in this episode, the main character goes beyond his own characteristic speech and personality traits. His verbal fight with his opponent was both unnecessary and childish. I expected a more mature and dignified attitude.
I wish it were as you wrote. However, every person uses 100 percent of his brain unless he has a biological problem. This leads us to the conclusion that people are generally stupid.

I don't think it will be a problem as long as you have good power balance, which is an issue with most fan-made series. For example, the 4th hokage has the power to stop the bijudama of the 10-tailed beast. This is a more difficult feat than stopping many exploding nuclear weapons. If you write equal or slightly stronger than Void from the hands of God, the balance of power will be better. Also, if you prevent the god's hands from easily doing whatever they want, the god's hands will have to plan. Therefore, a structure will be created that is open to writing more scenarios. An excessive shift of the balance of power to one side will either make the bad side unqualified or cause a situation where you have to create excessive drama content for the good side and make it believable. Sorry if I sound like I'm giving too much advice. I hope I didn't bore you.
That's enough. Don't make the same joke over and over again every two or three sentences.
