"That would be impossible," Minister Amando intercepted. "Twenty thousand? Where could we have the supply? The flood washed out the crops and the harvests. Crecio is not the only city that was inflicted by the storm. The other farms were flooded as well. With the incoming inventory, it was just enough for our people to get by until their recovery and next harvest."
